Terms and Conditions:

• Accepted forms of payments are secure Zelle transfer or PayPal
• Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, unless other arrangements have been approved by Jules Bakery Jems.
• If you (or your representative) pick up your order, you assume all responsibility and liability for the product's condition once it leaves our (Jules Bakery Jems) possession.
• We are not responsible for any damage to your order after delivery is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate, secure, and safe table and serving environment. Deserts (especially cakes) can be heavy and require a sturdy support or table. We also recommend you maintain an optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or lower.
• We occasionaly photograph our products and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion purposes without compensation to you.
• Our products may contain or come in to contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. It is your responsibility to notify your guests of these risks and hold Jules Bakery Jems harmless for any allergic reactions. An ingredients list is availble to you at the time of pickup/delivery.
• Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete it and is subject to labor disputes and strikes, accidents, acts of God and other causes beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to complete your order as listed.
